Our story
Red Dirt was started on a simple belief: owning a home shouldn't require a perfect credit score, a 20% down payment, or a stack of W-2s. Most folks just want a fair shake and a roof their kids can grow up under.
Over 18 years, we've helped hundreds of Oklahoma City families — many of whom were told 'no' by every bank in town — sign a contract, get the keys, and start building equity in a home of their own.
We're based right here in Oklahoma City. We pick up our own phone. We speak Spanish. And we still believe a handshake means something.
