So far I have had a great experience. Our family came from being homeless. No one wanted to rent to someone with a disability and he did. That was a God blessing. We did have minor problems but didn't have any problem with them coming to fix it. He does work with you as long as you're honest. We just got in a bind and I was so scared we were going to be evicted. But, I was surprised they worked with me. I haven't had any problems with them! I love them so far....

As long as you hold up your end of the contract and pay on time, they will go to bat for you and help you whenever.
